Press Release Listings and Market Operation Committee - Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX)

The Athens Stock Exchange, during today's session of its Listings and Market Operation Committee, approved:

• The application of «REAL CONSULTING IT BUSINESS SOLUTIONS S.A.» for the admission to trading of its shares on the trading category "EN.A. PLUS" of the Alternative Market of ATHEX.
  The trading of shares will be taking place on Friday, August 6^th, 2021.
  Further information about  «REAL CONSULTING IT BUSINESS SOLUTIONS S.A.» and its shares are available in the Admission Information Document which will be disclosed today, Wednesday, August 4th, 2021, in electronic form,  on the  websites of ATHEX, of  the Company and of the EN.A Adviser "Optima Bank S.A.".

• The application of «PHOENIX VEGA MEZZ PLC» for the admission to trading of its shares on the trading category "EN.A. PLUS" of the Alternative Market of ATHEX, on condition that adequate distribution of its shares to the public is achieved upon the completion of the corporate action of "PIRAEUS FINANCIAL HOLDINGS S.A." (share capital decrease and capital return through distribution in kind  of the shares of the newly - established  company «PHOENIX VEGA MEZZ PLC» to all PIRAEUS FINANCIAL HOLDINGS' shareholders).
  The trading of shares  is expected to commence  on Thursday, August  12^th , 2021, upon completion of the aforementioned corporate action.
  Further information about «PHOENIX VEGA MEZZ PLC» and its shares are available in the Admission Information Document, which will be disclosed today, Wednesday, August 4^th, 2021, in electronic form, on the  websites of ATHEX, of  the Company and of the EN.A Adviser "Grant Thornton".
