Press Release Listings and Market Operation Committee - Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX) 
The Listings and Market Operation Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange, during today's session, approved the listing of up to 300,000 common bearer bonds on the Fixed Income Securities Trading Segment of the Regulated Market of ATHEX, as a result of the forthcoming issue of a Common Corporate Bond Loan of up to €300,000,000 of "GEK TERNA SOCIETE ANONYME HOLDINGS REAL ESTATE CONSTRUCTIONS" (ISIN:GRC145121CD2), on condition that the company's listing prospectus will be approved by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and the bonds' public offering will be successfully completed, according to the terms to be specifically published by the issuer.
In addition, the Athens Stock Exchange, during today's session of its Listings and Market Operation Committee, examined the cases of listed shares which fall under the relevant provisions regarding delisting and decided:
- The delisting of the shares of RETHYMNON MEAT, COLD CUT INDUSTRY AND PORK BREADING CO IND. AND COMMERCIAL S.A. (ISIN: GRS371113002), which falls under the provisions of article 2.6.12 of the ATHEX Rulebook regarding delisting, has been under suspension of trading for a long period of time and, following communication with the company, no prospect of resumption of trading arose. The removal of the shares of the aforementioned company from the ATHEX trading systems will take place on Thursday, December 16th, 2021.
- The provision of a time period until April 30th, 2022 to the company J. BOUTARIS & SON HOLDING S.A. (ISIN: GRS110003001, GRS110004009), following the company's justified request, in order to lift the reasons for the delisting of its shares from ATHEX.
Finally, the Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Listings and Market Operation Committee, approved :
- the acquisition of a Market Making license for the shares of "PAPOUTSANIS S.A." for the ATHEX Member "EUROBANK EQUITIES INVESTMENT FIRM S.A." and set the start date of the related obligations on Monday, December 6th 2021.
- the resignation from the market making license for the ATHEX member "EUROBANK EQUITIES INVESTMENT FIRM S.A." on the stock of the company "ATTICA BANK S.A.". The last date of market making obligations will be Wednesday, December 22nd 2021.
- the resignation from the market making license for the ATHEX member "PIRAEUS SECURITIES S. A." on the stock and on the Stock Future of the company "ATTICA BANK S.A.". The last date of market making obligations will be Thursday, December 23rd 2021.
