Press Release Listings and Market Operation Committee - Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX)

 

The Listings and Market Operation Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange, during today's session, approved:
 
  • the listing of 43,200,000 common registered shares of "BLE KEDROS R.E.I.C." (ISIN: GRS524003001) on the Main Market of the Athens Stock Exchange, on condition that the public offering will be successfully completed and adequate free float of the company's shares will be achieved, according to the relevant provisions of the ATHEX Rulebook. The listing will take place until June 14th, 2022. The listing date will be disclosed by the company's announcement.

 

  • the acquisition of Market Maker capacity for the share of "SIDMA STEEL SA" for the ATHEX Member "LEON DEPOLAS SECURITIES S.A." and set the start date of the Market Making obligations on Monday, June 6th 2022.
