Listings and Market Operation Committee - Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX)

The Listings and Market Operation Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange, during today's session, approved the listing of up to 300,000 common bearer bonds of "PRODEA R.E.I.C. S.A." (ISIN: GRC5091217D9) on the Fixed Income Securities Trading Segment of the Regulated Market of ATHEX, as a result of the forthcoming issue of a Common Corporate Bond Loan of up to €300,000,000, on condition that the bonds' public offering will be successfully completed, according to the terms that are specifically published by the issuer.

Moreover, the Listings and Market Operation Committee approved the listing of up to 52,083,331 new common registered shares of "PREMIA S.A." (ISIN: GRS497003012), resulting from the share capital increase via contribution in kind and cash, by waiving the old shareholders' pre-emption rights, which will take place after the completion of the public offering.

Commencement of trading of 800,000,000 new common registered shares of "ALPHA SERVICES AND HOLDINGS S.Α." (ISIN:GRS015003007), resulting from the share capital increase by waiving the old shareholders' pre-emption rights.

Finally, the Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Listings and Market Operation Committee, approved the resignation from the market making license for the ATHEX member "HELLENIC-AMERICAN SECURITIES S.A." on the stock of the company "MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) REFINERIES SA.". The last date of market making obligations will be Friday, July 30^th 2021
