Press Release Listings and Market Operation Committee - Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX) 
- the listing of up to 100,000 common bearer bonds of "CPLP SHIPPING HOLDINGS PLC" (ISIN: GRC8231227D3), on the Fixed Income Securities Trading Segment of the Regulated Market of ATHEX, as a result of the forthcoming issue of a Common Corporate Bond Loan of up to €100,000,000, on condition that the company's prospectus for the Public Offering and for the Listing will be approved by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and the bonds' public offering will be successfully completed, according to the terms that are specifically published by the issuer.
- the resignation from the Market Making capacity for the ATHEX Member "EUROBANK EQUITIES INVESTMENT FIRM SINGLE MEMBER SA" on the stocks of the company "AS COMPANY S.A.". The last date of Market Making obligations will be on Friday, July 29th 2022.
