Press Release Listings and Market Operation Committee - Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX)

 

The Listings and Market Operation Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange, during today's session approved:
  • the listing on the Bonds Segment of the Alternative Market of the Athens Stock Exchange of 4,075 common registered bonds of "R ENERGY 1 S.A." (ISIN: GRC807121CB5), of par value €1,000 per bond, 5 years duration of fixed annual interest rate of 4.50%, following the issue of a Common Corporate Bond Loan, offered through a Private Placement. The bonds will start trading on Friday, July 29th, 2022.

 

  • the acquisition of a Market Making license for the bonds of "CPLP SHIPPING HOLDINGS PLC" with OASIS symbol CPLPB1 and CPLPB2 for the ATHEX Member "PIRAEUS SECURITIES S.A." and set the start date of the related obligations on Monday, August 1st 2022.
