Listings and Market Operation Committee - Athens Stock Exchange (ΑΤΗΕΧ)

The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Listings and Market Operation Committee, announces that the following will be implemented:

Friday, July 27^th, 2018

• Transfer of the shares of "PIPE WORKS L. GIRAKIAN PROFIL S.A." (GRS:095001004) from the Surveillance Category to the Main Market of ATHEX, following its relevant request,  taking into account that the reasons for the trading of the shares in the Surveillance Category do no longer exist.

Tuesday, July 31^st, 2018

• Commencement of trading of 24,145,523 new common registered shares of "ATTICA HOLDINGS S.A." (ISIN: GRS144003001), following the share capital increase realized as a result of the capitalization of third party claims to the company, waiving the old shareholders' pre-emption rights.

Also, approved:

The deletion of ATLAS SECURITIES S.A from Trading Member in Cash and Derivatives Markets of ATHEX, according to article 6.2.2 of ATHEX Rulebook, following the relevant decision of the HCMC for revocation of the Member's operating license.
