Press Release Listings and Market Operation Committee - Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX)

The Listings and Market Operation Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session, announces that on Monday, August 1st, 2022, the commencement of trading of 222,800,215 new common registered shares of "INTRALOT S.A." (ISIN: GRS343313003) will be implemented, as a result of the share capital increase through a rights issue, realized in favour of existing shareholders of the company.

Moreover, the Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Listings and Market Operation Committee, approved the acquisition of a Market Making license for the bonds of "LAMDA DEVELOPMENT S.A." with OASIS symbol LAMDAB2 for the ATHEX Member "PIRAEUS SECURITIES S.A." and set the start date of the related obligations on Monday, August 1st, 2022.
