Press Release Listings and Market Operation Committee - Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX)
The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Listings and Market Operation Committee, approved :
- the listing of Stock Future products for the stocks of the company "TITAN CEMENT INTERNATIONAL S.A. (TITC)", (b) the authorization of the members "INVESTMENT BANK OF GREECE S.A.", "EUROBANK EQUITIES S.A." and "PANTELAKIS SECURITIES S.A." in order to perform Market Making on the future products of "TITAN CEMENT INTERNATIONAL S.A. (TITC)" and (c) the listing of stock lending product for the stock of the company "TITAN CEMENT INTERNATIONAL S.A. (TITC)". As trading date of the aforementioned products is defined the date 02/09/2019.
- the acquisition of a market making license for the ATHEX Member "PIRAEUS SECURITIES SA", for market making on the listed company "GEK TERNA HOLDING REAL ESTATE CONSTRUCTION S.A." and set of the start date of its obligations on the aforementioned shares for Thursday, August 29th 2019.
