Press Release Listings and Market Operation Committee - Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX)

 

The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Listings and Market Operation Committee, approved:
 
  • The application of SUNRISEMEZZ PLC for the admission to trading of its shares on the trading category "EN.A. PLUS" of the Alternative Market of ATHEX, on condition that adequate distribution of its shares to the public is achieved upon the completion of the corporate action of PIRAEUS FINANCIAL HOLDINGS S.A. (share capital decrease and capital return through distribution in kind of the shares of the newly -established  company SUNRISEMEZZ PLC to all PIRAEUS FINANCIAL HOLDINGS' shareholders). The trading of shares is expected to commence on Monday, October 31st, 2022, upon completion of the aforementioned corporate action. Further information about SUNRISEMEZZ PLC and its shares is available in the Admission Information Document, which will be disclosed today, Thursday, October 20th, 2022, in electronic form, on the websites of ATHEX, of the Company and of the EN.A. Adviser Piraeus Bank.
 
  • The application of GALAXY COSMOS MEZZ PLC for the admission to trading of its shares on the trading category "EN.A. PLUS" of the Alternative Market of ATHEX, on condition that adequate distribution of its shares to the public is achieved upon the completion of the corporate action of ALPHA SERVICES AND HOLDINGS S.A. (share capital decrease and capital return through distribution in kind of the shares of the newly - established company GALAXY COSMOS MEZZ PLC to all ALPHA SERVICES AND HOLDINGS' shareholders). The trading of shares is expected to commence on Monday, October 31st, 2022, upon completion of the aforementioned corporate action. The Alternative Market of the Athens Stock Exchange (EN.A.) operates as a Multilateral Trading Facility (MTF) according to Greek L. 4514/2018. In addition, the Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Listings and Market Operation Committee, approved:
 
  • the acquisition of Market Maker capacity for the share of INTERLIFE GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY S.A. for the ATHEX Member BETA SECURITIES S.A. and set the start date of the Market Making obligations on Monday, October 24th, 2022.
 
 
  • the resignation from the Market Making capacity for the ATHEX Member EUROBANK EQUITIES INVESTMENT FIRM SINGLE MEMBER SA on the stocks of the company IKTINOS HELLAS S.A. - GREEK MARBLE INDUSTRY. The last date of Market Making obligations will be on Friday, November 11th, 2022.
 
  • the resignation from the Market Making capacity for the ATHEX Member ALPHA FINANCE INVESTMENT SERVICES SINGLE MEMBER SA on the stocks of the company IKTINOS HELLAS S.A. - GREEK MARBLE INDUSTRY. The last date of Market Making obligations will be on Friday, November 04th, 2022.
 
  • the resignation from the Market Making capacity for the ATHEX Member NATIONAL SECURITIES SINGLE MEMBER SA on the stocks of the company IKTINOS HELLAS S.A.- GREEK MARBLE INDUSTRY. The last date of Market Making obligations will be on Thursday, November 03rd, 2022.
