Press Release Listings and Market Operation Committee - Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX)

 

The Listings and Market Operation Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange, during today's session, approved the listing of 138,218,440 common registered shares of "ORILINA PROPERTIES REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY" (ISIN: GRS535003008) on the Main Market of the Athens Stock Exchange.

The trading of shares will be taking place on Monday, 11 December 2023.

In addition, the Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Listings and Market Operation Committee, approved:

  • The acquisition of Market Maker capacity for the shares of "OPTIMA BANK S.A." for the ATHEX Member "EUROBANK EQUITIES INVESTMENT FIRM SINGLE MEMBER S.A." and set the start date of the Market Making obligations on Monday, 11 December 2023.
  • The acquisition of Market Maker capacity for the shares of "KRI-KRI S.A." for the ATHEX Member "PIRAEUS SECURITIES S.A." and set the start date of the Market Making obligations on Monday, 11 December 2023.
  • The acquisition of Market Maker capacity for the shares of "OPTIMA BANK S.A. for the ATHEX Member "ALPHA FINANCE INVESTMENT SERVICES SINGLE MEMBER S.A." and set the start date of the Market Making obligations on Tuesday, 12 December 2023.
  • Τhe resignation from the Market Making capacity for the ATHEX Member "EUROBANK EQUITIES INVESTMENT FIRM SINGLE MEMBER S.A." on the Stocks of the listed company "ELTON S.A.". The last date of Market Making obligations will be on Wednesday, 3 January 2024.
  • The acquisition of Market Maker capacity for the shares of "ORILINA PROPERTIES ANONYMI ETAIRIA EPENDYSEON SE AKINITI PERIOUSIA" for the ATHEX Member "EUROBANK EQUITIES INVESTMENT FIRM SINGLE MEMBER S.A." and set the start date of the Market Making obligations on Monday, 11 December 2023.
  • The acquisition of a Market Making license for the bonds of "IDEAL HOLDINGS S.A." for the ATHEX Member "PIRAEUS SECURITIES S. A." and set the start date of the related obligations the day of the bonds' listing in ATHEX, taking into account the successful completion of the public offering. According to the public offering plan, this day is Monday, 18 December 2023.
