Press Release Listings and Market Operation Committee - Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX)

The Athens Stock Exchange, during today's session of its Listings and Market Operation Committee, examined the case of FOLLI FOLLIE S.A. (ISIN: GRS294003009) which fall under the provisions of article 2.6.12 of the ATHEX Rulebook regarding delisting and decided the delisting of the securities of the company, which have been under suspension of trading for a long period of time and no prospect of resumption of trading arose.

The removal of the securities of the aforementioned company from the ATHEX trading systems will take place on Friday, December 29th, 2023.
