 The Listings and Market Operation Committee of ATHEX, during today's session, proceeded to: 
A)    Conduct the Annual Regular Review for the transfer of listed companies' shares to the ‘Under Surveillance’ segment, in line with §3.1.6.2. of the ATHEX Rulebook and decided the transfer of the shares of the company N. LEVENTERIS (GRS090003005, GRS090004003) to the ‘Under Surveillance’ segment, based on the non-fulfilment of the criterion of §3.1.6.2 of the ATHEX Rulebook. The date of transfer of the company’s common and preferred shares to the ‘Under Surveillance’ segment will be Monday 02/06/2025.  

B)    Conduct the Regular Review of the Issuers’ shares traded in the ‘Under Surveillance’ segment for more than two (2) years, in line with §3.1.6.1 par. 9 and §2.6.9.1 par.2 (a) of the ΑΤΗΕΧ Rulebook, and decided the following:
1.    The transfer to the Main Market of the shares of the companies WOOL INDUSTRY TRIA ALFA S.A. (GRS059063008) and PROODEFTIKH TECHNICAL COMPANY S.A. (GRS184003002), following the review of the Issuers’ request to exit the ‘Under Surveillance’ segment. The date of the transfer of the shares to the Main Market will be Monday 02/06/2025.
2.    The retention of the shares of the company FRIGOGLASS S.A.I.C. (GRS346003015) in the ‘Under Surveillance’ segment, following the review of the Issuer’s request for extension in order to complete the Share Capital Increase through contribution in kind, following which the Company will be able to submit a request to exit the ‘Under Surveillance’ segment.
3.    The suspension of trading of the shares of the companies YALCO - CONSTANTINOU S.A. (GRS249003005), BIOTER S.A. (GRS135003002), BITROS HOLDING S.A. (GRS092103001) and THE HOUSE OF AGRICULTURE SPIROY S.A. (GRS284183001) in accordance with the provisions of §2.6.9.1 par. 2 (a) of the ATHEX Rulebook.  The date of the suspension of trading will be Monday 02/06/2025.
