Press Release Listings and Market Operation Committee - Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX)

The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Listings and Market Operation Committee, announces that on the Tuesday, August 13th, 2019 the commencement of trading of 28,479,054 new common registered shares of "TRASTOR REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY" (ISIN:GRS487003006) as a result of the share capital increase through a rights issue, will be implemented.

Furthermore, the Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Listings and Market Operation Committee, approved the resignation of the market making license for the ATHEX members " PIRAEUS SECURITIES  S.A." & " NATIONAL SECURITIES S.A." on the stocks of the company "TITAN CEMENT COMPANY S.A.".
