Press Release Listings and Market Operation Committee - Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX)

The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Listings and Market Operation Committee, announces that on Tuesday, September 1^st, 2020 the following will be implemented for "AVE S.A." (ISIN: GRS489003004): a) commencement of trading of the company's shares with new par value of €0.04 per share, which resulted from the decrease in the par value of the shares of the company, and b) commencement of trading of 6,500,000 new common registered shares, which resulted from the share capital increase realized by capitalization of liabilities to company's main shareholders, waiving the old shareholders' pre-emption rights.
