Press Release Listings and Market Operation Committee - Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX)

The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Listings and Market Operation Committee, announces that the following will be implemented:

Friday, August 2nd, 2019

  • Commencement of trading on the Bonds Segment of the Alternative Market of the Athens Stock Exchange of the 6,700 common register bonds of "MLS MULTIMEDIA S.A." (ISIN:GRC4221197B3), of par value & issue price €1,000 per bond, 5 years duration, of fixed annual interest rate of 4.30%, following the issue of a Common Corporate Bond Loan, offered through a Private Placement. The listing price is the bond par value, €1,000.

Monday, August 5th, 2019

  • Commencement of trading of 2,808,300 new common registered shares of "INTERTECH S.A. INTERNATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES" (ISIN:GRS247003007) will be implemented, as a result of the share capital increase through a rights issue.

Furthermore, the Listings and Market Operation Committee approved the resignation of the market making license for the ATHEX member "ALPHA FINANCE S.A." on the stocks of the company "INTRACOM S.A. HOLDINGS". The last date of market making obligations will be Friday, August 23rd 2019.
