Press Release Listings and Market Operation Committee - Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX)

The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Listings and Market Operation Committee, announces that on Monday, December 23^rd, 2019 the commencement of trading of 97,014,940 new common registered shares of "LAMDA DEVELOPMENT S.A." (ISIN:GRS245213004) will be implemented, as a result of the share capital increase through a rights issue.

Moreover, during today's session, the Listings and Market Operation Committee decided the transfer of the shares of "MEDICON HELLAS S.A." (ISIN:GRS424003002) from the Surveillance Category to the Main Market of ATHEX, as of Friday, December 20^th, 2019, following its relevant request, taking into account that the reasons for the trading of the shares on the Surveillance Category no longer exist.
