Listings and Market Operation Committee - Athens Stock Exchange (ΑΤΗΕΧ)

The Listings and Market Operation Committee - Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX), regarding the upcoming Corporate Actions of the listed "ATTICA BANK S.A.",

during today's session approved the suspension of trading and forced positions exercise of the "Stock Lending Products" on the stocks of the aforementioned Company, due to the article 2.6.13 of the ATHEX Rulebook, applicable from 20/4/2018.

The remaining details of the handling of these Corporate Actions regarding the stock derivatives will be announced to you at a later date.
