Listings and Market Operation Committee - Athens Stock Exchange (ΑΤΗΕΧ)

The Listings and Market Operation Committee of ATHEX, during today's session, approved,

• the listing of up to 90,000 common registered bonds of ‘CORAL S.A.' (ISIN:GRC8161185B1) on the Fixed Income Securities Trading Segment of the Regulated Market of ATHEX, as a result of the forthcoming issue of a Common Corporate Bond Loan of up to €90,000,000, on condition that the company's prospectus will be approved by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and the bonds' public offering will be successfully completed, according to the terms that will be specifically published by the issuer,

• the admission to trading, on Thursday, April 26^th, 2018, of 10,005,765 new common registered shares of ‘FOODLINK S.A.' (ISIN:GRS510003015), which resulted from the share capital increase realized in favour of the old shareholders of the company.
