Press Release S.M.S.C. - ATHEX - Extension for disclosure of annual financial statements of companies on the Alternative Market of the Athens Stock Exchange

The Athens Stock Exchange, during today's session of its Stock Markets Steering Committee, considering the problems and difficulties encountered by issuers due to the COVID-19 pandemic, decided to grant an extension of two months, specifically until June 30th, 2020, for the disclosure of the annual financial statements of the companies admitted on the Alternative Market of the Athens Stock Exchange, for the fiscal year ending 31.12.2019.
