The Stock Markets Steering Committee of Hellenic Exchanges - Athens Stock Exchange, during today's session, approved the admission to trading of 35,294,117 new common registered shares of the company "LAMDA DEVELOPMENT S.A.", following the share capital increase carried out through a rights issue. The start date of trading of the new shares is set on July 22nd, 2014.

Moreover, the Committee, approved the acquisition of a market making license for the ΗELEX Member «EUROBANK EQUITIES S.A.», for market making on the shares of the listed companies «EUROCONSULTANTS SA» and «ELTECH ANEMOS SA» and set of the start date of market making on the aforementioned shares for July 22nd 2014.
