The Stock Markets Steering Committee of Hellenic Exchanges - Athens Stock Exchange, during today's session, approved:

1.    The listing for trading of the Stock Futures and Options on the shares of "NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE S.A" and has defined as first day of trading, Monday 14^th December 2015. The series with expiration of December 2015 will be the closest expirations.

2.    The acquisition of the Market Making license for the trading of Futures on the shares of "NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE S.A" by the following firms-Members of ATHEX:

·         "ALPHA FINANCE"

·         "EUROBANK EQUITIES"

·         "INVESTMENT BANK OF GREECE (IBG)"

·         "NBG SECURITIES"

·         "PIRAEUS SECURITIES"

and the Options on the shares of "NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE S.A" by the ATHEX Members "INVESTMENT BANK OF GREECE (IBG)" and "EUROBANK EQUITIES"
