The Stock Markets Steering Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange, during today's session examined,

• the prerequisites, as provided for in the ATHEX Rulebook (articles 3.1.2.2., 3.1.2.3., 3.1.2.4., 3.1.2.5. & 3.1.2.6.), regarding the reclassification of listed companies' shares in the Surveillance Category, as well as, in the other ATHEX Trading Categories, and decided the following reclassifications:

1. Listed Companies to be transferred to the Surveillance Category (art. 3.1.2.4.)

The shares of NAYTEMPORIKI PUBLISHING S.A. (GRS367263001) and BITROS HOLDING S.A. (GRS092103001) are transferred from the Main Market to the Surveillance Category, in line with article 3.1.2.4. of the ATHEX Rulebook.

2. Listed Companies to be transferred to the Under Deletion Category (art. 3.1.2.5.)

The shares of LANAKAM S.A. (GRS047063003) and of N. LEVENTERIS S.A. (GRS090101007 (CB), GRS090106006 (PB)), from the Main Market, as well as, the shares of BIOTER S.A. (GRS135003002), from the Surveillance Category, are transferred to the Under Deletion Category, since they satisfy the criterion of low income (< €2 million).

The aforementioned transfers will be effective as of Wednesday, May 10th, 2017.

Following the above reclassifications, the total number of companies listed per Trading Category appears in the table below:
                    

Moreover, the Athens Stock Exchange announces that on Thursday, May 11th, 2017 the name of the Exchange Traded Fund ALPHA ETF FTSE Athex Large Cap EQUITIES FUND changes to ALPHA ETF FTSE Athex Large Cap EQUITY UCITS (GRF000153004).

In addition approved,

• The resignation of the market making license for the ATHEX member "EUROBANK EQUITIES S.A." for market making on the shares of the listed company "ATTICA BANK S.A.". The last date of market making obligations will be Friday, May 19th 2017.
