The Athens Stock Exchange, during today's session of its Stock Markets Steering Committee, was informed of the share capital decrease of "QUEST HOLDINGS S.A." (‘QUEST'), following the decrease in the par value of the shares of the company from €3.32 to €1.02 per share and the capital return, through distribution in kind of the shares of "BRIQ PROPERTIES R.E.I.C." (‘BRIQ'), to QUEST's shareholders, in proportion with their participation in the share capital of QUEST (ratio 1:1).

The ex-date, as well as, the record date of the aforementioned corporate action will be determined by the company, according to its corporate action's time schedule and will be disclosed through a company announcement.
