The Stock Markets Steering Committee of Hellenic Exchanges - Athens Stock Exchange, during its session on September 16th, 2014, approved the admission to trading of:

• 166,669,458 new common registered shares of the company "MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A.", which resulted from the share capital increase realized through the conversion of 90,001,824 bonds. The start date of trading of the new shares is set on September 18th, 2014.

Also, during today's session, the Steering Committee approved:

• the acquisition of a market making license for the ATHEX Member "BETA SECURITIES S.A.", for market making on the shares of the listed company "I. KLOUKINAS - I. LAPPAS S.A.CONSTR. AND COM.COMP" and set of the start date of market making on the aforementioned shares for Monday, September 22nd 2014.
• the acquisition of a market making license for the ATHEX Member "ALPHA FINANCE S.A.", for market making on the product of ATHEX Derivatives market Stock Futures on the shares of the company "HELLENIC EXCHANGES - ATHENS STOCK EXCHANGE S.A." and set of the start date of market making on the aforementioned derivatives product for Monday, September 22nd 2014.
• The resignation of the Company-HELEX Member "ATHENAIKI BROKERAGE FIRM S.A." as a trading member of the HELEX Cash Market, due to Merger by absorption by the Company-HELEX Member "LEON DEPOLAS SECURITIES S.A".
