Τhe Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Stock Markets Steering Committee, announces that Monday, August 28th, 2017, is the ex-date for the share capital increase of "KTIMA KOSTAS LAZARIDIS S.A." (ISIN: GRS354003006), realised through the distribution of 2,212,672 new bonus shares to the company's shareholders, in terms of 1.4 new common registered shares for every 10 old common registered shares. The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Tuesday, August 29th, 2017, while commencement of trading of the new shares is on Friday, September 1st, 2017.

In addition, approved

• the listing of Stock Future products for the stocks of the companies "ATTICA BANK S.A (TΑΤΤ)",

• the authorization of the members "NBG SECURITIES" and "PIRAEUS SECURITIES S.A." in order to perform Market Making on the future products of "ATTICA BANK S.A (TΑΤΤ)" and

• the listing of stock lending product for the stock of the company "ATTICA BANK S.A (TΑΤΤ)". As trading date of the aforementioned products is defined the 28th of August 2017.
