Following today's session, announces that the following will be implemented:  

• Friday, March 3rd, 2017
  • Transfer of the shares of "GEKE S.A." (ISIN: GRS398161000) to the "Low Dispersion" Category, pursuant to the company's announcement of March 1st, 2017, according to which the free float of the company's shares  is limited to less than 10% of its total common shares.
• Wednesday, March 8th, 2017
  • Decrease in the share capital of "THRACE PLASTICS S.A." (ISIN: GRS239003007), as a result of the cancellation of 1,353,168 own common registered shares.

In addition it was approved,

• the acquisition of a market making license for the ATHEX Member "PANTELAKIS Securities SA", for market making of the Stock Futures product of the company "FOURLIS S.A." and set of the start date of market making on the aforementioned derivatives product for Monday, 6th March 2017.

• the acquisition of a market making license for the ATHEX Member "PIRAEUS SECURITIES S.A.", for market making on the listed companies "JUMBO S.A." & "FOURLIS S.A." and for market making of the Stock Futures products of the companies "JUMBO S.A.", "FOLLI FOLLIE S.A.", "TERNA ENERGY S.A." & "FOURLIS S.A." and set of the start date of market making on the aforementioned products for Monday, 6th March 2017.
