Following today's session, announces that the following will be implemented:   

  • Thursday, April 27th, 2017
  • Εx-rights trading for the share capital increase through a rights issue of "P.G. NIKAS S.A." (ISIN:GRS111003018), realized in favor of old shareholders of the company, in terms of 38.3433646445215 new common registered shares for every 1 old common registered share, at an issue price of €0.30 per share. The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Friday, April 28th, 2017. The rights' subscription period will take place between Thursday, May 4th, 2017 and Thursday, May 18th, 2017 (included), while trading of 2,023,132 rights on the electronic trading system (OASIS) of ATHEX will take place between Thursday, May 4th, 2017 and Monday, May 15th, 2017 (included).
  • Friday, April 28th, 2017
  • Commencement of trading of 4,450,000 new common registered shares of "DIONIC S.A." (ISIN: GRS339003022), resulting from the share capital increase realized due to the conversion of 89 bonds.
