The Athens Stock Exchange, at today's session of its Stock Markets Steering Committee, decided the transfer of the shares of "GALAXIDI FISH FARMING S.A." to the Low Dispersion category, as of July 7th, 2017. The aforementioned decision was taken pursuant to the company's announcement of July 5th, 2017, according to which the free float of the company's shares has fallen to less than 10% of its total common shares.

Moreover,

the Stock Markets Steering Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange, approved, the market maker licensing of the ATHEX Member "INVESTMENT BANK OF GREECE S.A.", for market making on the Future of the listed company "ADMIE HOLDINGS S.A.". As the start date of its obligations on the aforementioned shares is set Monday, July 10th, 2017. At the end of the first year, the Market Making license is automatically renewed for an indefinite period, during which the Market Making may terminate, even without an important reason, after the lapse of a 30 day notification deadline.
