Τhe Athens Exchange, following today's session of its Stock Markets Steering Committee, informs that on Friday, May 29^th, 2015, the corporate actions below will be implemented:  

• Commencement of trading of the 40,693,350 new common registered shares of the company "TECHNICAL OLYMPIC S.A.", (ISIN: GRS403003007), following the share capital increase realized due to the merger by acquisition of the listed company "MOCHLOS S.A.", out of which 38,617,990 new common registered shares will be distributed to the shareholders of the company "TECHNICAL OLYMPIC S.A." and 2,075,360 new common registered shares will be distributed to the shareholders of the company "MOCHLOS S.A.", according to the determined shares' exchange ratio.
• Commencement of trading of the 168,000,000 new common registered shares of the company "SELONDA AQUACULTURE S.A.", (ISIN: GRS201003019), following the share capital increase realized due to the capitalization of financial liabilities relating to bank loans, waiving the old shareholders' pre-emption rights. The new company's share par value amounts to € 0.30, following the share capital decrease which preceded the aforementioned shares' issue.
