Τhe Stock Markets Steering Committee of ATHEX, during its session on January 16th, 2015, approved the admission to trading of 15,311 new common registered shares of the company "LAMDA DEVELOPMENT S.A.", which resulted from the share capital increase through the exercise of rights to participate in a stock option plan by executives of the company and its affiliated companies. The start date of trading of the new shares is set on January 23rd, 2015.

Also, the Stock Markets Steering Committee of ATHEX, during today's session, was informed of:

  • the increase in the par value of the shares of the company "HELLENIC EXCHANGES - ATHENS STOCK EXCHANGE S.A.", from € 0.56 to € 2.18282586371067 and the following decrease in the par value of the shares of the same company from € 2.18282586371067 to € 0.74. The start date of trading of the existing shares under their final par value of € 0.74 per share is set on January 21st, 2015.

 

  • the increase in the par value of the shares of the company "EUROPEAN RELIANCE GEN. INSURANCE CO. S.A." from € 0.60 to € 0.63 per share. The start date of trading of the existing shares under their new par value is set on January 21st, 2015.

 

  • the increase in the par value of the shares of the company "LOULIS MILLS S.A.", from € 0.64 to € 0.94 per share. The start date of trading of the existing shares under their new par value is set on January 22nd, 2015.

 

  • the increase in the par value of the shares of the company "MEVACO S.A.", from € 0.90 to € 0.95 per share. The start date of trading of the existing shares under their new par value is set on January 21st, 2015.

Finally the Stock Markets Steering Committee of ATHEX during today's session, approved:

  • The resignation of the ATHEX Member «MAGNA TRUST Securities S.A.» from the property of trading member of the ATHEX Derivatives Market.
  • the resignation of the market making license for the Member of ATHEX «MERIT SECURITIES S.A.» for market making on the shares of the listed company «INTRACOM CONSTRUCTIONS S.A.TECHN & STEEL CONSTRUCTIONS». The last date of market making will be Friday, January 30th 2015.
