Τhe Stock Markets Steering Committee of ATHEX, during its session on January 29th, 2015, approved the admission to trading of 567,188 new ordinary shares of the "BANK OF CYPRUS PUBLIC COMPANY LTD", which resulted from the share capital increase as a consequence of the Retail Offer. The start date of trading of the new shares is set on February 2nd, 2015.

Also, the Stock Markets Steering Committee of ATHEX, during today's session, was informed of:

• the equal increase and decrease in the par value of the shares of the company "LOULIS MILLS S.A." and the capital return of € 0.09 per share to shareholders through a cash payment. The trading of the existing shares under their final par value of € 0.94 per share, as well as, the ex-rights date for the receipt of the capital return is set on February 2nd, 2015. Beneficiaries of the capital return are the ones registered in the records of the Dematerialized Securities System on February 3rd, 2015, date of determination of beneficiaries (record date).
• the increase in the par value of the shares of the company "THRACE PLASTICS Co S.A.", from € 0.50 to € 0.66 per share. The start date of trading of the existing shares under their new par value is set on February 3rd, 2015.
• the increase in the par value of the shares of the company "PLAISIO COMPUTERS S.A.", from € 0.32 to € 0.33 per share. The start date of trading of the existing shares under their new par value is set on February 3rd, 2015.
• the decrease in the share capital of the company "F.H.L. H. KYRIAKIDIS MARBLES-GRANITES S.A." through the cancellation of 755,261 own common shares. The date of cancellation is set on February 4th, 2015.
• the increase in the par value of the shares of the company "PROFILE SYSTEMS & SOFTWARE S.A.", from € 0.45 to      € 0.47 per share. The start date of trading of the existing shares under their new par value is set on February 2nd, 2015.
