Τhe Athens Exchange, following today's session of its Stock Markets Steering Committee, informs that on Monday, February 9th , 2015, the below corporate actions will be implemented:  

  • Increase in the share par value of the company "SPACE HELLAS S.A." (ISIN: GRS402003008) from € 1.60 to € 1.61.
  • Decrease in the share par value of the company "SFAKIANAKIS S.A." (ISIN: GRS279003008) from € 2.50 σε € 0.30.
  • Modification  of the name of the company "ALPHA TRUST MUTUAL FUND MANAGEMENT S.A." into "ALPHA TRUST Mutual Fund and Alternative Investment Fund Management S.A." (ISIN: GRS504003013), with distinctive title «ALPHA TRUST».
