The Stock Markets Steering Committee of Hellenic Exchanges - Athens Stock Exchange, during its session on November 13^th, 2014, approved the admission to trading of 90,000 new common registered shares of the company "ILYDA S.A.", following the share capital increase carried out through a rights issue. The start date of trading of the new shares is set on November 18^th, 2014.

Moreover the Stock Markets Steering Committee, during today's session, approved the acquisition of a market making license for the ΗELEX Member «EUROBANK EQUITIES S.A.», for market making on the shares of the listed company «KRETA FARM S.A.» and set of the start date of market making on the aforementioned shares for Monday, November 17th 2014.
