Τhe Athens Exchange, following today's session of its Stock Markets Steering Committee;

• Announces that on Tuesday, February 2nd, 2016 the corporate actions below will be implemented:

• Ex-rights trading for the share capital increase that resulted from the merger, by acquisition, of the non-listed company "PANELKO S.A." by "SIDMA S.A. STEEL PRODUCTS" (ISIN: GRS484003009), with the issue of 186,667 new common registered shares. The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is on Wednesday, February 3rd, 2016, and the commencement of trading is on Friday, February 5th, 2016.

• Εx-rights trading for the share capital increase through a rights issue of "NEXANS HELLAS S.A." (ISIN: GRS079103008), realized in favor of old shareholders of the company, in terms of 11 new common registered shares for every 4 old common registered shares, at an issue price of € 1.25 per share. The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Wednesday, February 3rd, 2016. The rights' subscription period will take place between Friday, February 5th, 2016 and Friday, February 19th, 2016 (included), while trading of 6,132,500 rights on the electronic trading system (OASIS) of ATHEX will take place between Friday, February 5th, 2016 and Tuesday, February 16th, 2016 (included).

• Approved during today's session, the application of price fluctuation limits of ±10%, for February 2016, for the low turnover velocity Stocks of the Main Market (monthly average velocity of last month less or equal to 0.01%) presented in Table 1, according to the ATHEX Board Decision 22.

In accordance to the aforementioned decision the following changes arise with respect to the previous month:

• Table 2: stocks entering the low turnover velocity table of the Main Market

• Table 3: stocks removed from the low turnover velocity table of the Main Market.
