The Stock Markets Steering Committee of Hellenic Exchanges - Athens Stock Exchange, during its session on July 17th, 2014, approved the admission to trading of:
- 82,667,000 common registered shares of the company ‘ELTECH ANEMOS S.A.', once having ascertained the adequacy of its shares' free float. Out of the total number of shares to be listed, 20,667,000 shares were allocated through the recent Public Offer, that took place between 9/7/2014 and 11/7/2014, at € 1.70 per share, the latter also being the listing price. The shares of the company will be trading on the Main Market of the Athens Stock Exchange and the start date of trading is set on July 22nd, 2014.
- 1,500,000 bonds of the GREEK GOVERNMENT, issue date 17/7/2014, three years duration, ISIN GR0110029312, fixed interest rate of 3.375%, and nominal value of € 1,000 each. The listing date is set on July 18th, 2014.
