The Stock Markets Steering Committee in today's session,

approved,

the acquisition of a market making license for the ATHEX Group Member "ALPHA FINANCE INVESTMENT SERVICES S.A.", for market making on the shares of the listed company "ALPHA BANK A.E." and set of the start date of market making obligations on the aforementioned shares for Monday, 29^th February 2016.
