The Stock Markets Steering Committee in today's session approved,

the commencement of trading of 16,864,375, on March 4, 2016, of the new common registered shares of "NEXANS HELLAS S.A." (ISIN: GRS079103008), resulting from the share capital increase realized in favor of old shareholders of the company.
