Τhe Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Stock Markets Steering Committee, announces the cancellation,  of 3,000,000 own common registered shares of "COCA COLA HBC A.G." (ISIN: CH0198251305), as part of its share capital decrease.

The date for completion of the above cancelation will be disclosed through the company's announcement.
