The Stock Markets Steering Committee of Hellenic Exchanges - Athens Stock Exchange, decided the shift of trading of the shares of the Company "CYCLON HELLAS S.A." to the 'Low Dispersion Category', as of September 01st , 2014. The above-mentioned decision was taken based on the fact that the free float of the company's shares is less than ten percent (10%) of total common shares.
