Τhe Athens Exchange, following today's session of its Stock Markets Steering Committee, informs that the below corporate actions will be implemented:

Tuesday, October 13th, 2015

  • Alteration in the name of the company "ELVAL - HELLENIC ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY S.A. " (ISIN: GRS271101008 ) to "ELVAL HOLDINGS, SOCIETE ANONYME".
  • Decrease in the par value of the common and preferred registered shares of the company "WOOL INDUSTRY TRIA ALFA S.A." (ISIN: GRS059063008 & GRS059064006, respectively) from € 1.50 to € 1.00 per share.

 

Wednesday, October 14th, 2015

  • Commencement of trading of the existing shares of the company "CRETE PLASTICS S.A." (ISIN: GRS326003001), under their new par value of € 0.42 per share, and ex-rights trading for the receipt of the capital return of € 0.10 per share, following the decrease in the par value of the shares. The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is on Thursday, October 15th, 2015.
