Τhe Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Stock Markets Steering Committee, announces that on Wednesday, December 23^rd, 2015 the corporate actions below will be implemented:

• Temporary suspension of trading of the 14,074,000 common registered shares of "MIG REAL ESTATE R.E.I.C." (ISIN: GRS509003000), following the share capital increase that resulted from the merger, by acquisition, of the non-listed company "NBG PANGAEA REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY", with the issue of 255,494,534 new common  registered shares. The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Monday, December 28^th, 2015 and the commencement of trading of the new shares is on Wednesday, December 30^th, 2015. Furthermore, as of that date, the name of the listed company will be changed to "NBG PANGAEA REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY", with the distinctive title "NBG PANGAEA R.E.I.C. ".

• Commencement of trading of 2,263,325 new common registered shares of "MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A." (ISIN: GRS314003005), following the share capital increase that resulted from the conversion of 1,478,302 bonds.
