Τhe Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Stock Markets Steering Committee, announces the commencement, on Tuesday, December 8^th, 2015, of trading of 8,672,163,482 new common registered shares of "PIRAEUS BANK S.A." (ISIN: GRS014003016), following the share capital increase realized as a result of a private placement.

Moreover, The Stock Markets Steering Committee of Hellenic Exchanges - Athens Stock Exchange, during today's session, approved:

• The acquisition of a market making license for the ΗELEX Member "HELLENIC - AMERICAN Securities S.A", for market making on the shares of the listed company "MLS MULTIMEDIA S.A." and set of the start date of market making obligations on the aforementioned shares for Monday December 07th 2015.
• The resignation of «LAIKI Financial Services Ltd» from Cash Trading Member due to its merger by absorption with the company «The Cyprus Investement & Securities Coproration Ltd (CISCO)».
