Τhe Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Stock Markets Steering Committee, announces the commencement, on Monday, December 14^th, 2015, of trading of 8,911,608,218 new common registered shares of "NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE S.A." (ISIN: GRS003003027), following the share capital increase that resulted from a combination of a private placement, a public offer and the conversion of existing preference shares into common shares.
