Submission of improved binding offers for “Astir Palace Vouliagmenis S.A.”

National Bank ofGreeceand HRADF announce that the improved binding offers of all eligible interested parties were submitted today, according to the tender process of the sale of “Astir Palace Vouliagmenis S.A.”, within the respective deadline.

The offers will be unsealed once letters of guarantee are submitted by all interested parties, according to the process letter, by the deadline ofDecember 11, 2013.
