NIREUS S.A., according to article 292 of the Athens Exchange Regulation, in the context of proper and timely information to the investment public, and in continuation to the Announcement of 16/01/2007, announces the Program of Intended Corporate Actions for the year 2007.
- The full financial statements for the fiscal year 2006, will be announced on the Athens Exchange on Monday, 12 March at 17:00 hrs. The financial statements will be published in the Greek press, in the newspapers IMERISIA and ELEFTHEROS TYPOS and in the local newspaper of Chios Island, PROODOS, on Tuesday, 13 March.
- On Wednesday, March 14 2007, conference calls are to take place at 16:00 hrs and 17:00 hrs with Greek and foreign institutional investors, respectively, with respect to the annual financial results of NIREUS S.A.
- The Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 8 2007.
- The Ex-Dividend Day is determined to be on Thursday, June 28 2007.
- The date of Dividend Payment is determined to be on, Friday July 6, 2007.
The process of Dividend Payment and the credit institution, through which the payment will take place, is to announced in due course.
