Within the framework of disseminating reliable and prompt information to the investing public and in accordance with the Program of Planned Actions of our company as well as Article 277, Chapter D of the new ATHEX Regulation, the management of the company Hellenic Exchanges Holding S.A. (HELEX) is announcing herewith the following:

• The Annual Ordinary General Assembly of its shareholders will take place on Monday, April 25, 2005.

• The cut off date for the fiscal year 2004 dividend will be realized, at the latest, by Monday, June 13, 2005.

• The payment of the fiscal year 2004 dividend as well as of the return of the share capital will begin, at the latest, by Friday, June 17, 2005.

HELEX will inform by a relevant announcement the investing public about the specific dates concerning the cut off of the rights and the start date for the payment of the above, i.e. the fiscal year 2004 dividend and the share capital decrease.
