The Bank of Cyprus Group ("the Group") announces that Mr Panayiotis Kanaris, until now the Auditor General of the Group, is being promoted to Group General Manager. The upgrading of the post of the Auditor General of the Group reflects the determination of the Board of Directors of the Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd to pay due attention to matters of control, transparency and compliance with procedures and regulations throughout the Group.
