Based on FY 2005 results, MICHANIKI S.A. Management announces that it will propose to the Annual General Assembly of the Shareholders the payment of euro 0.14 per share (for the Common and for the Preferred shares) fiscal year 2005. The proposed dividend of 0.14 euro/share represents an annual increase of approximately 17% compared with the 0.12 euro/share that was distributed last year.
The Annual General Assembly of the Shareholders will be held on June 23 2006. The shares, both common and preferred, will trade x-dividend from June 27, 2006 and dividend payment will begin on July 5, 2006.
