Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (ASE: HTO, NYSE: OTE), the Greek full-service telecommunications provider, announces that the management of the company will propose a dividend of euro 0.35 per share to the Board of Directors, which will convene on Monday, May 24, 2004 to approve FY 2003 financial statements. Additionally, OTE's AGM will be held on Thursday, June 17, 2004.
